*Air Travel before, during, or after the contracted period of the safari
*Accommodations & travel charges incurred before or after the contracted period of the safari
*Air Charters for before, during, or after the safari
*Hired Firearms & Ammunition- Gratuities to Professional Hunters & other staff
*Preparation, Packing, Documentation, and Trophy Export

• This non-transferable hunt is for a plains game hunt and can be upgraded to include extra hunting days, fishing trips, and sightseeing tours.
• A booking deposit of $1000/hunter is required to set dates but will be applied to the hunter’s final hunting total at the conclusion of their safari.
• Bookings are done directly through Gerhart Outdoors and deposits are subject to the deposit policy detailed on www.gerhartoutdoors.com/rsa.
• Additional Hunters and Observers are available through Gerhart Outdoors for this hunt!
• Hunt must be used within five years from the date of purchase.
• All Hunters will be enrolled in our Fighting Famine Safari program through IGY6 Veterans Benefit, a US based 501©(3) to earn a tax deduction for all of the meat generated by their safari.
• Gerhart Outdoors, with any International Adventure, recommends a travel insurance policy.
• Tax deductions are based on the person, not the couple or hunting party
